SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services into the community.
SASSA are going to be rendering expert services including new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a press release, the agency mentioned it is alarmed with regard to the high number of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The intention with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the higher variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This really is mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no completely functional office committed to service the area regularly. The service level designed for intervention sassa status check ordeals a superior inflow of potential beneficiaries, that makes it difficult for the Workplace to attend to all people who visit a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more websitesassa status resources to enable the servicing of all customers and increase usage of Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
